Liz is a trusted real estate advisor and brings a wealth of knowledge to every aspect of real estate investing and design. As a Nashville native, Liz started her career right out of college, graduating a semester early as the top graduate from UTK’S School of Architecture. Liz purchased her first investment property at age 23. She swiftly fell in love with real estate and pursued her license to begin door knocking and commercial real estate sales. Her first year in business, she single handedly completed 18 projects worth over $5 million and totaling 17,000 square feet of residential and commercial space. Shortly after she founded her own boutique real estate development company, Southern Athena. And today she is Tennessee’s only licensed architect and broker. Year over year Liz has consistently doubled her production and now leads a growing team of realtors, designers, contractors, and builders on projects ranging from residential remodels and sales to commercial, 500 plus unit mixed use developments. Liz serves as a leader in her local community. She loves helping people build wealth in real estate, playing with her Doby mutts, Snoop, and Dre, matchmaking, brunch, and working with her middle school, sweetheart and husband of 10 years towards her mission of building a beautiful South.

Tonya is a powerhouse business woman and trusted leader in our industry. Tonya has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years and her broad knowledge and expertise extends to all aspects of financial wellbeing, real estate lending, finance, wealth management, and strategy. Tonya’s expertise stems from her understanding of the various roles of processing, underwriting, closings and operations. Today, she is one of the top producing managers in the country named by Mortgage Originator Magazine, Scoutsman’s Guide Magazine and Organization News as a top producer nationwide. In addition, Tonya receives many mortgage banker awards in Middle Tennessee year over year. Tonya has a keen ability to listen and serve her clients with professionalism and care. Tonya works with builders and realtors, and is an active leader serving as the current president of the Metro Nashville chapter and sales and marketing past president. She is also the host of the one hour live talk radio program. The Tonya Esquibel Real Estate Show, on Nashville’s live and local talk 99.7 WTN. With education being her passion, Tonya regularly holds consumer seminars and realtor training on numerous topics about empowering your real estate investing journey. Tonya has built her wealth with real estate and owns multiple investment property ranging from residential, STR and commercial properties. Tonya loves spending time with God, her family, two adult children, her Doberman “Prince” and her bad-ass book babes. She is often found traveling and enjoying events, celebrating with clients and friends. Her contagious smile is full of that special pizazz and fun you want as part of your real estate team.
